Our bakehouse operates under standard hygiene protocols: daily temperature logging for walk-in cold storage, filtered reverse-osmosis dough hydration, food-grade 304 stainless steel contact surfaces, and periodic municipal health inspections.
Allergen Statement & Eggless Segregation
We take dietary preferences and religious observances seriously. All eggless sponges, pastry doughs, and fillings are mixed in dedicated equipment, baked on designated deck stone surfaces, and cooled on quarantined racks.
Allergen Notice:
Our bakery handles wheat flour (gluten), dairy butter and milk, and various tree nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, pistachios). While eggless products are isolated from egg proteins, airborne flour dust is present throughout our open hearth bakehouse. We cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free or nut-free environment.

Non-Refundable
Cakes are baked, decorated, and packaged. Orders cannot be cancelled.
Due to food safety regulations, fresh perishable bread and pastries cannot be returned or exchanged once transferred from the counter or courier handover.
Delivery Radius & Safe Transport
Local Dispatch (0–12 km): Direct 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler courier delivery across Gurugram (DLF Phase 1–5, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension, Sohna Road).
Delhi NCR Extended (12–35 km): Available for catering boxes, dry sourdough crackers, and gift hampers. Fresh laminated pastries are best collected in-store.
Multi-Tier Cakes: All cakes above 2.5 kg are transported flat on nonslip mats in air-conditioned 4-wheelers. Self-pickup at Sector 56 is recommended with our team assisting vehicle loading.
